The Constituents Of Eexxon Tp - 08 Are Almost 100% Solids, Cools To Road Temperature Within One Minute Of Application & Thus Do Not Require Diversion Of Traffic. Being Raised Above The Road Surface Combined With Retro Reflectivity Produced By The Glass Beads Makes Thermo Plastic More Notable From A Distance Even At Night.

Application
For Consistency Of Application, The Material Shall Be Laid From A Uniformly Heated Mixer With A Stirrer Mechanism And Applied At A Temperature Of The Order Of 1600C To 2000C. The Optimum Heating Temperature Being 1800C. The Application Machinery May Be Either Hand Operated Or Automatic. The Marking Shall Be Applied On Clean, Dry Surface Free From Any Foreign Material I.E. Soil, Dust, Dirt, Oil, Grease Etc. The Minimum Thickness As Per The Specifications Should Be Followed. All Lines Should Be Pre-Marked Before Application.
